You are essentially saying remove the stealth and w proc from her kit, this is what makes Vayne, Vayne! To top it of she has sub par range and I can't stress this enough she gets blown up by ap. Oh and here is some good advice " buy a pink you noob."
All carries get "blown up" by AP. Yet that often becomes impossible late game. Furthermore, the stealth on her ult makes her nigh impossible to focus.
She needs nerfs. Removing the stealth on her ult and nerf her W so it procs every 5 attacks instead of 3 would go a long way to bring her more in line with other marksmen.
Mind you, Kalista also needs to be looked at IMHO.
