Tank QQ thread

Believe it or not old LW/Bork/Ninja Tabi in particular are really good and balanced items. They all fill a niche. With regards to tank items, why don't all tank items work like ninja tabi? Provide the flat numerical scaling then having a unique passive that also blocks a % amount ( yes op if there is no cap, 40% like CDR ). Do you have any idea how this would balance tanks? Imho, full tanks would actually be viable and less punishing to play. RIOT could actually delete a lot of the downright gimmick passives. A tank would feel like a tank (not a chunk of meat on a GF Grill).
