If rito refuses to change it, can we get some small buffs? Something along the lines of:

  • Faster Missile Speed
  • Lower cast time
  • Smaller Delay as to when she can actually shoot her passive

While we're at it can we please make her W give 15% cdr instead of 10? Ending at 35% CDR once I have morellonomicon and 5 ranks in W is infuriating for my OCD.

And take what then? Attack speed? What's the point of that lol. At least the CDR mastery helps early on when you have none. And then I'd still be forced to build another CDR item to hit 40%....

As it stands its the worst of the "Death passives". Karthus is probably the best. kog'maw is probably the most straight forward.
