Small change that would make an hell of a difference for improving Talon's lategame assassination potential:
Make the speed of his Rake and Ult increase with levels.
This change alone would give him some needed boost to his late game while not being a game breaking feature in the early/mid in which he is stronger.

A QoL change would be like making him not automatically auto attack when he is invisible so it doesn't cancel at random times.

pretty sure it didnt pre rework.
I like having the box checked for him because it makes getting his passive auto off more smooth and quick.
