can we talk about bard?

Okay. I wanna start off by saying that I LOVE his champion concept and playstyle, only that he feels a little less than useless. I feel like the chimes dont give enough xp, and even if you spend your whole time collecting them (which of course was designed to be really tempting) you STILL end up being behind teammates in level.

His damage was buffed slightly last patch, but I still feel like it's not enough. Either that, or his cooldowns are too long to make use of his CC. His Q bolt is kinda hard to land as well since its travel speed is really slow.

I want to see him... well... not exactly reworked, but drastically buffed so that his roaming xp gain from chimes can keep him at the same level as his teammates, and that when he does pop in lane, his Q is easier to land.

He's such an interesting champ to play and I LOVE him, I just get frustrated because no matter what I do, even if I stay in lane the whole time, I end up not getting the benefits of the meeps.

TL;DR- Am I just playing wrong or do you agree that he needs some serious attention?
