Okay. Say what you want about this, but I am REALLY not okay with the Veigar playstyle changes.

The delay on his E is too long. It's just TOO long. The enemy can see it coming and have plenty of time to dodge it. If that needs to stay, make his W a wider radius hit circle, since the enemies can easily dodge it while inside the E fields. That, or make the E field smaller. It's nearly impossible to hit W as is.

His q as a skillshot. I... :/ This one i'm not nearly as fired up about over the delay on his E, but it's hard to hit people with that too, since smart enemies position themselves behind a wave of minions and you have a hard time positioning yourself to have the 2nd Q target be the enemy champ you're trying to kill.

All in all, It just feels like they ruined him. And it can't be the point-and-click-to-win playstyle he used to have, since they prettymuch BUFFED ryze last patch, and he does the same thing, only worse. After they removed dfg, veig's power output and playstyle was FINE, he wasnt even that popular of a champ!! Why try to fix what wasnt broken?

The reason he was nerfed was that he was becoming a popular support in Asia. And only for go stun. It was toxic and OP. However, they are still working on him. His W does need work. I think they make its fall time .625 seconds. Then also bring its damage down to .8AP. Then put the damage lost back into his ult. And his E would be perfect if they made enemies inside it deal less damage to veigar and veigar deal bonus damage to them. If they made those changes or something like it, he would be perfect.

Well, I'm pretty sure they're also reworking Ryze. So it might be the point-and-click playstyle.

Honestly I like the direction they were going just not the execution. His Q is straight up amazing and its pros far outweigh the cons and his Ult is still his Ult now on to the rest of his kit. His E definitely needs a shorter delay, maybe have a soft CC or debuff in the circle, and maybe even added effects to his abilities if the targets are in his E. For his W I think it needs a major change. What I would like his Dark Matter(W) to have a way shorter delay, way less damage, but also stuns targets hit. Another CC would help him out greatly and it is not like this move was that useful in his new kit.

Veigar's winrate in Plat or higher is around 49% now which as far as I know is an improvement

He will probably get more changes this upcoming patch

I'm okay with the landing time of his e. It was impossible to dodge before unless you were already out of the way. Now it gives you reaction time, similar to Nami and Vel'koz bubbles.

However, his q being a skillshot is what I consider bad. it makes it so that landing your E in the middle of a minion wave means your only damage is your w and ult. No point in q'd cause you'll just hit minions. Revert the skillshot so being able to q someone you stunned is a reward to actually landing the stun.
