Illaoi isn't effected by exhaust

Thoughts about this. Currently Illaoi tentacles doesn't do any damage reduction nor does it reduces the self healing when she is exhausted. Basicly exhausting her is a waist of a summoner right now.

Why would it reduce her self-healing?

Her healing isn't based on damage dealt; it's based on her percentage of missing health.

any footage proving this?

edit: here's footage that seems to show that Illaoi's tentacles are properly affected by exhaust: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFgBChlGSp4 It's difficult to tell because it's so chaotic during her ult, but if you watch the janna at around 18 seconds she takes a slam from a tentacle for 302, then exhausts Illaoi, then she is killed by another slam that deals only 198.

302 * 0.6 = 181, but Illaoi has Black Cleaver so that extra 17 damage is probably from reducing Janna's armor.

Her healing does not scale off the damage she deals, it scales off her HP. Illaoi will deal a fuck ton of damage to anyone stupid enough to stay near her tentacles, Exhaust won't stop her from killing you if you go full potato mode when trying to deal with her.

You have to exhaust the tentacles then, duh.

Her healing is HP%. Why would exhaust affect that. Try ignite.

The healing shouldn't be effected. That's normal.

Will have to test the tentacle damage claim for myself if you don't have evidence? That seems like a massive oversight by Riot.
