If we're categorizing "hypercarries" as champions who are able to essentially solo carry after coming out ahead.

Only Brand and Zyra have the capabilities of carrying if they build full AP. The other supports are great at setting up kills
Generally any champion that has the potential to kill more than one champion on their own if they are fed enough. Ie any champion who reallly benefits from being ahead.
For me its hard for me to say some champions cajt hyper carry because most can. He'll ive player yorick and 3 v 1d before
A hypercarry is just a champion who is extraordinarily strong for their position late game. That's it. A champion can have incredible solo carry potential if they get a lead, but if they aren't anything special at six items they are not a hypercarry. So, for example, someone like Mordekaiser is not a hypercarry. Mordekaiser can bully lane and be overwhelming if he gets ahead, but once everyone is six-slotted and people have mercurial scimitar he is probably at his weakest, and has to rely on stronger late game carries to carry him to victory and play around them.
It also doesn't necessarily describe all champions who scale very well in damage and in 1v1s with items. Tryndamere has maybe two match-ups he loses late game in a 1v1, but he is still kiteable and peelable in team fights. He's strong late game, but though he can effortlessly kill a Twitch 1v1 late game he won't take over a team fight the same way.
So with that in mind:
