Klepto exist because of the amount of tools that invalidate poking. It rewards poking the enemy, SPENDING RESOURCES TO DO DAMAGE on the enemy.

The fact that a lot of the melee champions stand still in lane and invalidate huge amount of consistent poking by just building health regen and dmg denial item early, makes poking them obsolete.

When you spend all your mana to force the enemy to go back but they just regen all of your efforts. It really discourages poking and makes the lane uninteractive because neither of the side wants to waste their resources.

If Klepto goes away then they need to nerf or remove poking invalidation items.

You should be PUNISHED FOR TAKING A SKILL SHOT TO THE FACE.

wow, look at this ranged player. you get to poke, isn't that something, the others only get to trade.

I agree, stuff like corrupting potion make poking someone most often not worth it as you take more damage from minions an if they decide to fight back they will come out in the end with more hp due to having corrupting.
