will black cleaver break urgot?
or at least push him over the top? hes going to have max cdr with just frozen heart and cleaver, not to mention he is going to be tankier as well.

it will be worse early game and better late game, which might make him a little better. If anything, I'd bet they'll nerf his E's armor shred a smidgen to compensate if absolutely necessary.
a lot of champs love the new BC tbh...
I don't know about that. He loses AD and flat armor pen in exchange for more CDR, phage passive and health. I'd say he can still use effectively, but he probably won't go out of control.
Honestly, I don't care for health, I just want armor pen
