this is a joke right? i get that they are adding a cd to her ult but 110 extra damage is way to much. also i get that this is pbe and nothing is for certain but to even think about adding that much damage is crazy :/

Shyvana changes on the PBE are both incomplete and experimental. Feel free to disregard them
Shyvana has no CC outside her ult, her durability, MS, and damage is really the only thing working for her. You must be joking if you're thinking that's going to make her OP. Not to mention even with the new 
playstyle her overall performance and win rate is the lowest of most tanky top lane picks even with the buff to the extra AA damage E causes. She needs it imo, especially when there's other 4800 options that do better top. Personally though I'd much rather make her Q inflict slows.
Good maybe they will buff her W damage.
Shyvana is easily kited half the time and cannot take full advantage of her (E) in a team fight or any sort of peel to save a carry.
