which ad champions work best with 40% cdr?
i wanted to try olaf with a frozen heart and black cleaver for max cdr but im not sure if it would be any good.

If you try that with Olaf make an attempt to get a tear. Axe spam is pretty fun, but even Frozen Heart isn't enough to keep it going.
Rengar (Black Cleaver/Youmuu's Blade + some CDR runes/masteries + jg item). This allows his spell to be spammed and he can chase most ADCs even after they flashed in the jungle. This also allows him to use Thrill of the Hunt at maximum potential. Which is like every minute. Kha'zix - Self-explanatory. He's more or less AD Caster. Darius - More ult, more spin, more slows, more dunks. Urgot Talon (?)
Olaf is sort of an autoattacker so it might be difficult for him? As fun as axe spam is.
