Maybe have Amumu hit him to?). This requires 946 AP, AT THE LEAST. Additionally, it requires Fiddlesticks standing by him, Gnar being both mini , and gnar having no defences.

A viktor ahead in levels and money is quite devastating AOE burst.

He also has no activated mobility and a delayed stun, no slows, a conditional speed burst built into an item he has to buy, are you really upset that he can do 1 thing exceptional while he's ahead?
