Darius buffs

Ok so I watched a video with Darius using the new conqueror. The Glacierr was playing him. Now my issues with the new conqueror and how it will no longer be a tank destroyer and used by mages and adcs alike is a topic for another thing but back to Darius. So after using his ult at level 6 The Glacierr continued to have it even after 20 seconds. But as far as I could tell recasting the ult costs mana( now it doesn't). I feel this is very stupid if it is true as it will give Darius lane bully potential(something the rework back in 2015 wanted to remove) but make him useless in team fights because 5 casts of the damn thing is 500 mana. That would be 70-80 percent of the mana pool. Also he will be permabanned as people will feel that this is some huge buff( and for the laning phase it is if Darius doesn't run out of mana before recasting his ult in a 2vs 1). The champion is fine. If you buff Black cleaver and tone down the e with 5 percent it would be great. So if what I saw in that video is true don't do it. Like do the freaking conqueror bullshit( although you will regret it) but leave Darius as he is. The 0 mana recast is important in 2 vs 1 with no mana. At the same time the 20 seconds ONLY, mean that if you wait for Darius to use his R you can kill him even if he is without mana. Now he will just alter his build a bit to have more mana and always be a pain in lane(while being useless in tf as his ult will drain his mana every time.)
