I think Kennen is underperforming now and not the same as when he was on hit AD in S7 summer. But I'm not sure how to go about buffing him. The bottom line is he needs something, doesn't he?

No, he really doesn't need help. Kennen is perfectly fine where he is at. I play against him all the time and even played him a few times myself. I didn't feel he was underwhelming, he just doesn't stomp all competition into the dirt right now. He isn't the absolute best champ, but he is just fine. Nothing wrong with him. No nerfs, no buffs. He is just balanced.

He's sitting at 51%. Both AP and AD are viable based on matchup. He's in a solid spot.
