Bloodrazor should apply lifesteal

Just like Blade of the Ruined King applies alifesteal on its passive, Bloodrazor should do the same.

Warrior gives AD which means it benefits from lifesteal as well but most of champions that build Warrior rely on their abilities to do their job which means burst damage.

Bloodrazor requires you to stick to your target for longer period of time but in order that sustain damage to be applied you need lifesteal to back you up for longer fight

Be glad you're getting 50% attack speed for incredibly cheap. Bloodrazor is a very powerful item on it's intended users already.

I'm also not sure if you want to give Bloodrazor lifesteal, or just have it apply lifesteal (like to monsters from Machete's effect, and from other lifesteal). If it's the first, I'd really hate that because it means item 3153 is no longer necessary if you want sustain.

Bloodrazor gives both attack speed and a % max hp shred, thats 2 very strong elements that plenty of particular junglers abuse a whole lot. Considering its also a first item 'easy' build type of item, it can have some scary strong speed with just bloodrazor alone, some junglers are able to 1vs Dragon very early on. The power of 'sustain' added on top of that would mean blood razor would have '3' effects on it.

item 1402 grants a Luden's echo effect on top of raw stats, but it also grants a mana recovery gimmick to help jungle mages sustain themselves while jungling.

item 1401 is one of the only items that grant % max hp and that sunfire cape effect can result in some naughty stick damage.

Really if i were to have to say, item 1400 has the least amount of variety of effects and i'd even rather they drop some of the AD a bit just to give it a special effect to equalize out with the rest of the jungler items, but nothing like a 'out of combat move speed bonus', mobility or even spell shield effect for 'VERY' obvious reasons. Something that would work well with non-atk speedie spammie AD type champions, but kind of hard to nail that down. Its only because the stats are very raw and simple and 'most' junglers are not really the type to prefer a Warrior enchant with the only ones that i really know who could use it currently are due to Graves mostly, with hell maybe only Rengar MonkeyKing and really i think i see Vi would be more of a grabber of item 1401 or item 1416 since they work more with her kit (former makes her able to harass stick with a target with that insane tankieness and the later synergies with her Denting blows W passive which lets her deal bonus damage(including % max health), shred armor('full' armor not just bonus) and even gain a burst of attack speed for a whole 4 seconds(which at rank 5 that's basically 10% max hp per proc with +1% per 35 bonus AD and a burst of 50% attack speed means she is going to proc that 'very' often, just with W alone).

Once again, giving a % hp effect the ability to perform lifesteal is pretty strong, allowing a champion to get it early game allows for some insane sustain in trades especially against champions who aren't stacked with armor. Its also why item 3153 is becoming popular for some 'particular builds' again thanks to that extra AD to really drive the impact on the 2 pieces of lifesteal its getting from (15% raw life steal and the on hit lifesteal effect).

So yeah, early game % damage + Sustain always leads to some ridiculous'ness especially if it lets a champion not be scared of even shredding thru a 'tank' who has not built up his armor yet before that champion begins its roaming and team fight moments.

item 1400 is a really good stat stick, cheapest, most cost effective AD in the game. If you wanna give it something else the AD is gonna have to be toned down.
