Passive Can Proc On W 2 Or 3 Times, Dealing 10 (+2% Max HP)[2 Hits] or 15(+3% Max HP)[3 Hits] : This is probably the main reason I prefer Titantic Hydra as it gives Renekton's main source of burst even more burst that scales off him being beefy and most items I build on him give him a lot of health (His ult also amplifies this).

Less Sustain
Less AD

I've been going Titantic for now but I want some opinions on which you will keep going and why.

I think titanic hydra if you can use your Q well enough to sustain.

Go with Hydra. :)

In all seriousnes, I think T. Hydra will be better. He can sustain himself with Q + empowered Q. I also don't think R. Hydra can lifesteal enough hp to match what T. Hydra gives you upfront.

Also if we're comparing 2 Renektons fighting each other with these items, I would bet money on the T.H. Renekton winning because he has more health to burn through, while dealing the SAME damage as the R.H. Renekton, who would probably only lifesteal about 30 per basic attack, maaaybe.

T.H. synergizes so well with ALL health items. I've been building it on melee assassins too. Riven, Rengar, Zed, Talon, Wukong, Pantheon, Yi...go nuts, man. It will be toned down next patch for sure, if not hotfixed.

It really depends, if most of your items happen to have health in them, then get Titanic, cause its passive damage scales on your hp, but if you're going resistance-heavy, or assassin Renekton ,(which is almost never, most likely) maybe get Ravenous.
