Is gonna be broken on anyone who has a dot.
Also knowing Riot, they will most likely nerf the champions that use this item, then later nerf the item, then leave those champions in the dumpster for 6 years.

y what are they changing about it? u forgot the most important part of a discussion the part they are changing. all they need do is give half the burn amount to haunting guise so it can counter spectre's cowl (which is a large premise of building liandrys so actually if any thing grievous wounds should be on liandrys, probably even voidstaff)
