I did last night as Thresh and it was pretty cool. Basically the question is: would you, as support, trade the damage reduction from Exhaust for:
-small bit of burst damage to go with your slow -way lower CD -Extra Drag/Baron control -Extra wards (spirit wolf) or ward clearage (raptors) -super easy to leash red for your carry -Always get the siege creep for Targons.
Possible? Usable? Maybe?

I think this is the deciding factor here. You'd need to make sure to keep control over the crab near your lane, because it's really unreasonable to expect to walk all the way over to wolves. But basically if you don't bring Relic Shield, so not worth.

doing it since he's always been a trollbot anyway...other than that it doesn't seem worth it. After Targon's, Sightstone, pinks, etc. by the time you can even get the gold for the jungle item you're at mid game and better off with an Aegis/Frozen Heart or something.
