Isn't Katarina more of a problem then Ekko?

35% banrate and almost 54% winrate in Plat+ Elo. Ekko has a similar banrate but a much lower winrate.

So even the supposed high ELO players can't just CC her because you know what there's other threats on the team and unlike other champions, she doesn't get punished for feeding in lane because of insane AP ratios and base damages.

Your AD carry can 1v1 if he only has but if they don't have hard CC they'll get shit on by Katarina.

Assassins and other midlaners like have been shat on with nerfs while Katarina gets minor "nerfs" so she's become strong without many noticing.

She may not be OP perse but her kit is toxic in that players aren't punished for losing lane like other champions. I can't think of another champion that can feed their ass off and still be a huge threat, maybe but he actually requires skill and heat management not a head and a keyboard.

The Problem is Kat isn't ranged, and Ekko was just released, and has been banned in more game then hes been used. Don't always determine it on Win rates, If a little use champion has high win rates does that make them good? And Ekko is much worse. Kat is a slow, and a lot of damage. Ekko has a Stun, 2 slows, a heal, 2 teleports(His e) and Armor buff, a defense boost, Etc. He even has an abnormally high health rate among Assassins. And is Notably more lane flexible. I beet Kat nere every time I lane aginst her,i have never onw one against a Ekko.
