Even though he's super strong in competitive

I never see Ivern, played or banned. I'm low elo and only play normals, but he's so rare to see. But he is extremely strong in high elo where people coordinate and Don"t need carry junglers as often. Not saying he's bad, but just an interesting thought. I even see Nunu more often even when I'm not playing him, and most people think he's boring.

And if he does still need nerfs, hit his counterjungling ability, at least early on, rather than his other utility (shield, root & gapcloser, and Daisy distraction) since he needs that as a support. Maybe make it so he can't smite enemy jungle camps until level 3 so he can't steal a buff as soon as they spawn. He'd still be able to mark the camp and take it after the grove forms like at his own camp, but it'd be far riskier.
