I agree that que times are stupidly long for draft and even if you do wait that long, you still arent guranteed the role you want

I find it impossible to get consistant practice in gold, ive personally given up and just do blind pick

The worse part is you don't even get placed with and against the right people, ive had games where some how a bronze snuck in, and ive seen challengers who get placed against low elo diamonds. The match maker system is terrible.
