So, first off I would like to say that I think he's probably in a good spot(maybe a bit higher ratio on W,E but meh he's good overall and slight longer range on the ult pretty please?). Anyways, I degrees. Though i was wondering what if kassadin had a charge ult system where he could only cast 3/4 ults then wait for it to recharge and give it one a little longer than alkalis, but with the same basic system?
