The Recent Ashe Nerfs Make No Sense
I dont understand why Riot nerfed Ashe back into obscurity. She is now the only ADC without instant* access to her steroid. I don't understand what was wrong with it before with the Volley giving multiple stacks.

Ashe Kite? What planet are you on? Ashe has very little speed, and can not shoot unless stopped - which makes her a huge target.
Remember RIOT is out to make money, they nerfed Ashe, they put her on the free rotation, so people will waste a week wondering why Ashe sucks, get frustrated, and spend some money to buy a real champion.

She was doing too much damage. Ashe is meant to be the premier utility adc, and she doesn't need damage to accomplish that. She is still able to kite like a beast, and she is certainly still viable.

I'm getting the weirdest sense of déjà vu from this thread, like I argued with the thickest brick-for-brains for ten minutes about the nerfs making sense, as Ashe's rework blatantly buffed her when she has been the most consistently balanced champion in the game.
I just miss when Volley went through minions... I had actual pressure before. ;(
