Are they removing Ornn's CC immunity in W?

Ornn Bellows Breath (W) advance is no longer unstoppable.

I don't play much Ornn, but the little I did, the CC immune went a long way in making him feel more unique.

Much more so than the brittle mechanic, which was difficult to notice.
