Voli's problems are fudamental flaws with his kit. He needs a rework ASAP, not buffs
well. they did say hes on schedule for a full VGU.
the main problem with him is that they need to come up with a clearly defined strategic nieche. none of his abilities are iconic or core to the character. you could pretty much replace everything in his kit, down to his jax passive on his w.
When playing Voli it is important to rush Static Shivv that way when you ult and Q into an opponent you get DOUBLE LIGHTNING!
And you also need Thunderlords then you TRIPLE LIGHTNING!
FEEL THE LIGHTNING!
Volibear is just better off building 6 tears sitting in base and chatting with the enemy imo
some silver guy from riot's balance team once died to voli so he had to be gutted.
Buffs will come when he gets a rework in the form of a rework.
