Since Cinderhulk is getting a Nerf...

I don't always build it. I sit on but sell it and replace it with when that wont delay a purchase and but not In the first 2 backs* . Cinderhulk is a good item late in the game but with tiamat you don't need to build it for jungle clear and the core items are really strong like Hydra, Spirit visage.

*You do have to watch your mana when you don't have blue so play accordingly if you try it.
