Because according to riot and this community here going 0-15-0 with mobi boots as the only item its a normal score of a bad game!

I can literally get myself perma banned in less than 5 sentences in a normal.
But some Korean smurfs can troll the the hell outa people and force hundreds of losses over the span of 2 YEARS and they get a two weeks suspension?

I try to have faith in Riot's choices with the bans but players like this are evidence that maybe most of it is automated and not human reviewed. At least a few people out of the hundreds they've trolled had to have described the "tahm kench anivia, smiting my jg" thing in the report text box, right?
Yo I want to see how much people got ban for verbal abusing this intentional feeder since I bet he was able to get over 30 people ban for being toxic to him.

Hmm, yeah, that's some pretty damning evidence. I wonder though, how autonomous each region is, when it comes to player behavior. Maybe it's just more lax in Korea?
I mean yeah, 100% inexcusable in NA. But it's still just 1 edge case, in a region that is maybe not beholden to the same standards we hold. So I'm not going decry Riot's entire player behavior department over it.
So uh, I guess put me in the Riot Defender group. But seriously, I think we'd all like some more information on this case (preferable from Rito themselves).
And people wonder why so many players complain constantly about trolls. Perhaps it's because for all practical purposes, trolling goes completely unpunished. Even ridiculously blatant trolling.

I can't really understand what the player behavior team is doing. At work, having these kind of outliers exist would get you fired instantly, and for cause.
Cowsep isn't kidding when he says you literally can't get banned on the Korean server. This here is all the proof you need.

no point just stop spending money on riot and their products until such time as they fix it.
Sorry I'm a little late to the party but I just wanted to say that I see a lot of people complaining about no ban, yet no one seems to be thinking about what happens after someone is banned. Do you think after someone is banned they move on? Or do you think they come back more toxic than ever? Do you think these are the first accounts of the two discussed in the video? Or do you think they got banned for something at some point, or even several times, and this is just their latest (yes I realize this thread is 2 years old) endeavor? Do you think when someone's hate intensifies they move on or do you think they just find new and more subtle ways of achieving their goals? A lot of questions there, you don't really need to answer them as much as you need to ask yourselves what it is you are actually achieving by banning someone. As bad as it sounds the best thing to actually do when someone is trolling your game is to completely ignore them no matter how obvious or infuriating it is. When you think about it you don't even need to write "report xxx" or "xxx you are reported", you achieve nothing by doing so other than giving them exactly what they are after, your attention and your mood... I can testify to that as I have spent years now absolutely obliterating people's games and there is nothing more boring than the ones where the chat is non existent, or even worse, have teammates writing me forgiving comments. In truth all you achieve by banning someone is forcing them into more subtle and hence more toxic trolling. After being banned 20-30 times over the years I'm at the point where I come off as the most childish and naive person you have ever met in league. All the time and energy that otherwise would have been spent refining my gameplay and tactics instead have gone into refining the subtleness of my toxicity, and believe me you have no idea how refined it is, just in 2017 I ruined the game for around 27000+ people considering there are 9 in each game and I ruined 3000+. And I even managed to do so on only one account! I'm so proud of that! You don't even get to say that we at least have to lvl up a new account. I just get them off ebay, 10€, cheap af... Use your brains tards.
