Pros:

Amazing survivability -Amazing damage -Amazing engage -Amazing disengage -Amazing kiting -Amazing utility -Decent AoE -Amazing passive -Impossible to kill

Cons: He has vitiligo on his face.

And, no, 6.8 does not nerf tank Ekko nearly enough.
