Who would have known111!!!! Clearly the player base's fault for not playing enough skarner, since the balance team lacks simple math skills apparently?

Shahamut2 votesThey have been nerfing Skarner since juggernaut changes. But yes. I also said the increased stun duration was a bad idea when it hit pbe.
Dracocrash1 votesYeah. It was fairly obvious the change was unnecessary and over the top. But what's funny is riots well paid balance team blames players for "not playing enough skarner" rather than taking responsibility for their actions. I just find it extremely infuriating.
