IMO what should be changed in Sejuani's Kit

I think the new direction in the R is the wrong step for Sej. IMO Sej Ult should be: Glacial Prison [R]: RANGE: 1175 / 225, SPEED: 1350, COST: 100 MANA COOLDOWN: 130 / 115 / 100

Sejuani throws her True Ice bola that deals magic damage to the first enemy champion hit, then half to every other unit in the AOE. The Bola adds 3 frost stacks to every unit hit by the AOE. MAGIC DAMAGE: 75 / 125 / 175 (+ 80% AP)

The bola becomes more powerful as it travels, doubling the damage and stun duration(if applicable) when the bola reaches its destination, it will create a storm that slows other enemies by 30%. After 3 seconds, the storm explodes dealing magic damage and creating difficult terrain in the AOE area. This area of difficult terrain slows by 40% for 7 seconds. Units in the difficult terrain have their dash distance reduced by 50% MAGIC DAMAGE: 75 / 125 / 175 (+ 80% AP).
