How I Would Change/Nerf Singed

Base MS: 345 --> 330 R: New Passive: Gains 5% MS when moving towards enemy champions (similar to Vayne passive).

There, he can still run up to you to do his thing, but he'll have a harder time escaping/kiting everything as he's doing currently.

Eh, maybe. Singed usually fluctuates with the meta, but sure. I guess if it will make people stop asking for a gutting, I'll take it. He can basically still do everything he does right now, just with a little less bad stuff.

Also, it seems weird if you attach it to his R. Just having a passive that doesn't scale with rank on an ultimate is just... strange.

If we are changing Singed, I would also like to request that his Passive just allow him to ignore unit collision as well. As a character who primarily farms with his Q, it's annoying to sometimes just start going around in circles in a minion wave due to minion collision.

Is that a new passive? It sounds exactly like Vayne’s passive.

I think he means attaching it as a passive to his R or in addition to the current passive.

Oh I see. Thanks!

No problem.

15 base movement speed is ENORMOUS. I think you are heavily underestimating the strength of base movement speed. That could potentially make him completely unplayable.

15 base MS is a lot (he needs a real nerf), but the new passive would be to counteract part of it. It would not affect running towards enemy champions. It would bring him to a better design.

Also, if 330 would end up being too low, it would be very easy to bump it up to 335 the next patch (just like the kog'Maw nerf/buff the next patch).
