That Heimer passive....

Arduno··1 votes·307 views

Passive - Hextech Affinity SPEEDY HEIMER Heimerdinger gains 20% movement speed when within 300 range of allied turrets and turrets he creates

I dont mind the passive in itself But..... If he keeps his normal wrench with the passive.. It would feel kinda weird How is he getting the speed buff Is heimer magnetic?

I myself was thinking of giving heimer a new invention if the new passive is going through Or make his Wrench glow or turn it into a invention itself Where it converts the power of the towers into a movement speed field
