I think she's a bit too powerful. The problem is that good Eve almost instantly kills you midgame when she gets that charm off. And honestly getting that charm off is not that hard if ur experienced. Yea buy control wards but some games it's not enough. Even outside of charm her damage is really good with empowered E.
You met a assassin point blank in mid-game. Talon or Zed is way more burtier. Hell even Jarvan. It is your fault you got charmed after that gigantic and large announcement on your head.
Evelyne is currently slightly overtuned I think but she isn't broken. She is just like other assassins in that not dying to them is too much about the peals from the support and other champions and not the target who is being hunted. Of course, being in a good position is great, but this is the current assassin meta. Also, I think the domination tree is overtuned, at least for assassins. Electrocute is too strong for the jungle and mid-late, sudden impact is also really strong, the out of combat ms (although weaker in higher elo) is very good to get picks as assassins. I know that the domination tree is meant for assassin like champions but it is currently a little overtuned.
