A new breed of jungle item

It seems that Riot likes to make jungle items that help the jungler but also have a unique property that can be abused in solo lane. I don't really understand this philosophy, so I came up with some new jungle items that help someone jungle, fill an item slot appropriately, and do not possess unique qualities to be abused in solo lanes:

Cinderhulk 400 Health Unique: Immolate - same as sunfire cape, but it activates when you enter combat like the current cinderhulk aura Unique: Jungler - When attacked by a monster, you regenerate X (+n% bonus health) health over 10 seconds

Devourer 50% Attack Speed 30 magic damage on-hit Unique: Jungler - Large monster and champion takedowns grant 1 stack of bonus on-hit damage (max 30 bonus stacks). This bonus on-hit damage is doubled vs monsters

Warrior 10% CDR 40 AD 10 Armor Pen Unique: Jungler - Dealing physical damage to monsters causes them to bleed for X% bonus AD over 3 seconds. (Alternate possibility: Dealing physical damage to monsters heals you for 10% of the damage dealt)

Runeglaive 10% CDR 50 AP 200 Mana Unique: Jungler - After casting a spell, your next auto-attack vs a monster deals 100% base AD (+30% AP) magic damage in an area around the target and restores 8% of your missing mana (1 second cooldown)

None of these has a passive that can be abused vs other players, all are still useful items. They are not as good in-lane as traditional lane items, though, so there won't be the current abuse cases.

I'm staying away from poacher :-) That's a whole different ball-of-wax.

I would like to point out that Cinderhulk does only like 2X Damge to anything that isnt a jungle creep (idr if minions are effected by it.) But otherwise yeah, I feel like its fairly accurate.

Sunfire is currently: UNIQUE – IMMOLATE: Deals 25 + (1 × level) magic damage per second to nearby enemies (400 range).

Cinderhulk is: UNIQUE - IMMOLATE: Deals 15 + (0.6 × level) magic damage per second to nearby enemies. Deals 100% more damage against monsters (400 range).

I would just change it so the immolate effect is identical. The new cinderhulk would also grant more sustain through regeneration based on bonus life instead of just granting 25% more life, which of course makes in-lane tanks buy it, too.

The only reason id disagree to making Sunfire and CInderhulk identical in passive is because of the same reason that Runeglaive should only work in the jungle. So only junglers build it. At the same time, for your junglers that dont rely on mana, it makes buying Sunfire redundant aside from the armor+hp it gives, meaning people would be less inclined to build both because the effect is the same, which could mean less viable armor + HP options for reasonable choosing for junglers that use Cinderhulk, at least now when they buy Cinderhulk and Sunfire, the damage defaults to whichever is higher, (cinder in jungle, sunfires in lane) Making it at least make sense to have both, for the situations of ganking vs farming.

Immolate is a unique passive. Cinderhulk and Sunfire both have the same thing, so you can't use both items' auras.

Also, sunfire is statistically better than cinderhulk (450 life + armor vs 400 life). Cinderhulk would only be good for jungling.

Edit: I don't think anyone currently buys both sunfire and cinderhulk. My changes would not affect that.

I've built both sunfires and cinderhulk at once on the same champion, and from what ive been able to tell, you are right, they both arent active at the same time, but which ever one is stronger is the one applied. Like the way Raylais now works with slows. So, if you were in the jungle, and Cinderhulk does more than Sunfire to the jungle creeps, Cinderhulk is applied, but in lane when you're near minions for example, Sunfire does more than Cinderhulk, so Sunfire will apply to the minions.
