Serious Question: What made you think conqueror rune was going to be healthy?

Quick answer, it's not. At all. Giving a champion 20% true damage is huge, for anyone. But when you have champions like who will be producing easily 100+ true damage for each auto attack on top of a %HP true damage auto, that is just insanely short sighted.

The fact that it has a ramp up time and it's realistically going to be effective mostly against tanks because squishes already have such little resistance that the basically take true damage is as.
