Is flashing Mastery V icon a bannable offense or not?
Cause it's extremely tilting i understand, but would it be considered toxic behaviour?

well rito added those stuff (masteries,laughs,taunts...) only to tilt the enemies, rito thinks that tilting enemies is a good thing
someday i hope that muting someone will block everything that champion does from sound to mastery, but riot is against it so...
I dislike when people are rude or flaming as much as the next guy, but if you get tilted over champion taunts or masteries, your skin is a little to thin.
I like to taunt and laugh at people when I play tanks to try to get people to focus me. I look at it as a gameplay mechanic!
i dont tilt from it, but holy fk i hate to turn off sound just because garen cant stop spamming the "Hey look i'm holding..." or lux or teemo cant stop laughing or udyr cant stop taunting or whatever is it that they spam (it doesnt matter if they're doing good or bad in the game)
by muting someone, their champs sound should be mute as well, i think that masteries are blocked when you mute someone, even if they spam it you cant see

Yes, please allow a mute that ignores laughing/taunting/mastery spamming etc on any enemy or friendly champions!
all it showes, you played a certain amount of games on that champ nothing more
doesn't tell if you are good or bad - only that you spent a lot of time on him.
Well the people flashing it have earned it /shrug
Why would they put it in game if it wasn't supposed to be used?
I flash it when styling on people.
I've had my key bound to one of my skills for months and I haven't gotten a warning or ban yet, so I assume it allowed.
the only time i use my mastery 5 taunt is when i use a point and click spell to show how skillfull i am at clicking the mouse
You can mute the icon flashing by muting the player. It's considered an emote.
I've never heard of anyone being banned for spamming an emote though.
I don't see why it would be a bannable offense. Flaming the other team when you outplay them is one thing but showing off your mastery rank when you do it is another thing.
