They nerf Talon on the PBE while zed is untouched with a huge playrate and high winrate for the amount of play he receives. Talon might have a higher win rate, but that's because less people play him and the people who do play him are generally more experienced than the large amount of zed players. I guess they can't have anyone competing with their model image assassin :/

Also because people pick Talon when they actually need an assassin, meanwhile everybody and they mother pick Zed just because.

LaughingStapler1 votesI don't think either is really that out of line. They are snowball champions and it's always annoying to play vs assassins but OP? I'm not so sure. Although, the Talon nerfs are fairly minor. It still makes more sense than nerfing all Devourer junglers when only Yi and possibly Shyvana are even any good.
