Can riot even out the adc power curve?

I feel like whenever you play adc, you win lane and become unstoppable, or you lose lane and are a liability. When you're trying to farm from behind, you will get 5 man dived and focused to no ends, making you feel and be useless. Can the adc role be less snowbally? As a person who plays a lot of assassins, trying out the adc role feels very similar to a mid lane assassin, which it really shouldn't for most adcs.

Well its more than that isn't it? We have marksmen dominating the meta with corki mid/graves jungle or graves top/quinn top. When an ADC (in a lane other than bot) accomplishes more than a mage/assassin at mid lane or a tank/bruiser in the jungle/top lane, you know theres a BIG issue with balance in the game. I'm sure alot of veteran players would agree me on this next point: Avarice blade was THE best item for marksmen to build when they fell behind because not only did it give gold over time (gold per 5 item) but it built into another item vs. item 1083 which is essentially telling us to make back the 450 we spent buying this item and selling the item later.

Any champion that builds crit will naturally be snowbally just because crit is a stats multiplier. No way to avoid that without removing crit from the game.

Riot is doing something.. Dumb and scary in the short term but hopefully great in the long term. Look at juggernauts, they are still really strong. Now adcs are just as strong, and so lets assume mages will also be strong with the update. Eventually everything will be updated and given more utility and it will balance out.. hopefully.
