Ball of stats champions are champions that will beat the shit out of you once they get enough stats, regardless of how much you outplay them.

Yasuo is literally one of the least stat-ball champions in the entire game.

As a Tahm main... nah.

He doesn't do well in fights pre-6 without his adc buddy. Post-6, he's still really a walking brick wall with not many offensive abilities (like all typical tanks); more or less a two-trick pony that doesn't die unless you CC him over and over, but a lot of the time, you don't have to kill him in the laning phase.
