How do you mitigate Nasus farm early as a Fiora?
Aside from ranged counter picks and all, which is definitely not my way of dealing with troubling champs MOSTLY, I'd like to know how do you mitigate a nasus as a solo top laner? Cause im not sure whether I should look for aggression pre-6, which certainly looks like it, or if I should play some russian roulette hoping I kill him in his ultimate. Im honestly lost, I just don't like how difficult it is to read his incoming Q and it's frustrating to be told general things I know already. "Deny him farm".
I wish I could type that in chat in it magically happens, but that doesnt happen and quite frankly a lot of Nasus ignore you and go for the farm anyway. Are there any slight rune pages, early builds or tactics I can try out early as a fiora to put the leash on this bad doggie? Things I already do to avoid redundancy:
-I "W" (Riposte) his Q when I actually notice it. I may be overexaggerating how difficult it is for me to read it, I do successfully parry it quite often, though it tends to go off cooldown before my W anyway from my observation...

Switched from Dorans and 1 hp pot to flask and 3 or 4 hp pots, since I fugre I'll be getting free dmg from "W" so why not the extra sustain.

Calling for ganks, but you know laners can't depend on their junglers 100% of the time, and quite frankly I wont be nice here cause I can't count on these guys 30% of the time. They love to gank your lane when your ahead for a Ks but never help you get ahead to begin with or catch up. Maybe not "never" but it's just a sad jungling world in solo queue.
Again I'm aware of my "counters" but you can't always ban every counter you have and it's pretty selfish to do so anyway. Also I just want to have a better experience on Fiora, im not interested in climbing Elo in preseason or seeing more wins for winnings sake. I want to become a better Fiora player so Nasus tips please.
