Leona has problems.

Shes OKAY if youre a later pick and its actually safe to pick her. But the reality is, nearly every support in the game either severely hard counters her, or falls within a spectrum of being a soft-hard counter.

If you pick Leona early, theyre just going to pick whatever support theyre most comfortable with that completely craps on Leona(theres a lot to choose from). Most notably Thresh and Morgana- making Leona a entirely nonexistent champion for an entire game.

I think she really needs some buffs to her reliability. Mainly aimed at her E. Currently its complete trash, originally this ability was meant to be unreliable because Leona was a threat(She used to deal damage). Leona isn't a threat anymore, there is no justification for Zenith Blade being the abysmal trash that it is.

Give her better MR/lvl. Give her Zenith Blade a 0.2second faster cast/travel time Make her CC immune while shes traveling via Zenith Blade so that...… She cant be rooted, stunned, knocked back, knocked up, stunned, out of her extremely predictable, extremely telegraphed, extremely slow, only way to touch a target. Its a high risk ability, it shouldn't be so bad. There is literally no reason to not pick Alistar over Leona in every situation. They are essentially the same champion, the only difference is Alistar is atleast 300% more reliable in doing their job.
