When I heard there were plans to work on Kelptomancy, I thought it was because rito understood how OP this rune was on ranged champions (including GP who plays like one) against immobile melee champions without ranged abilities of their own.

Instead its looks like rito said fuck it lets make it stronger and less restrictive.

For everyone who thought top lane Viktor was too strong now, wait until he starts generating gold twice as fast on kelpto in a longer laning phase.
