I was recently mystery gifted SG Udyr (yay) and am currently trying to learn him in the jungle. My current mastery setup is 21/9, but someone told me I should be running some weird combo of points into all 3 trees. I'm also unsure about the build path, should be I going Warrior > TF > Bork or tank following the TF?

BotRK or Trinity, never both. Your choice really.
Devourer is generally better than Warrior, but if aren't big on farming then Warrior is fine.
If you aren't fairly ahead in the laning phase (at least 1 kill or 3 assists) then you should not build trinity/botrk and instead go straight into tank items. This is true of most melee junglers like Udyr/Vi/Reksai/J4.
It's nice to grab the movespeed from the utility tree. If you're jungling you can't afford to skip out on the jungle masteries for defense vs the neutral camps.
Done251 votesI personally prefer Tiger Udyr for jungling over Phoenix. You're going to want to start at the camp that gives you the on hit stun with attack speed reds and flat armor quints. Yellows and Blues are up for change depending on your preferences.
Grab the Warrior enchantment for easy CDR and AD. The AD is better because it boosts your Q and your E can lifesteal off of it.
Berserker Boots will increase your clear speed without impacting your mana, but Ionian Boots let you chain bear more quickly in the late game for faster gap closing.
LilxPaprika1 votesfor cdr i prefer frozen heart or spirit visage. the juggernaut hp jungle item might be good too. too easy to get kited. one thing is for sure is get trinity force. if you want a bit more damage/sutain in jungle consider one doran blade. hexdrinker good too as an offensive item.
one reason why trinity force is so good on him imo, is because when you enter turtle form you can proc sheen. which returns decent sustain. otherwise turtle form is lackluckster .
if you choose to get bortk consider blackcleaver .
