Is Riven good now or nahh?

Kinda curious about this myself. Always liked Riven but the hate you'd get from playing her ~6 months ago was pretty extreme.

Also: Itemization has shifted a lot. Riven's armor-pen build kind of got nerffed pretty hardcore. Used to be able to get 50%+30 armor pen with 2 items in . Seeing as 50%+50 would double your DPS vs. anyone with at least 100 armor (and Sona hits base 75 @18), you were pretty much looking at a combo in terms of a 2-major item core build using armor pen as a huge damage multiplyer.

Not sure if the new AD/bruiser itemization makes up for how much weaker a build is now.
