If you cannot 1v1 a Yasuo when you are up 4 kills and 100 cs, I don't know what to tell you other than to stop playing with your feet, maybe.
50 minions, lets say all those are worth 30 gold to be generous. And he has no kills.

granted it was norms, but i went toplane as 
against a yasuo, he ended the game w/ 53 cs and 2/3 of IE finished. There was no point in the game where he was a major threat, where as I on the other hand did the most damage in the game by about 7k.
If you get ahead on a scaling champ like 
etc, PUSH YOUR ADVANTAGE, make it so that if that champ wants to "farm back into the game" they are losing towers, dragons, and barons. These champs, especially yas are not that hard to shut down, and if you play smart you can keep them from becoming relevant before you win the game or make your advantage to big for them to come back.
