darkdill1 votesLack of use. Only Ezreal currently uses it, since Urgot and Yorick were reworked and Jayce doesn't have mana issues anymore.

The item isn’t broken in anyway, obviously, and allows them to have the option to make it work for future champs.
I’m cool with it staying, I can see it being useful on some fringe builds and new champs.
