Why are you getting rid of Yummi teleport?
And what does that mean for Shen, Twisted Fate and Pantheon?
Is it just teleport? Why remove the interaction at all especially since I've seen more adcs take teleport

Because it's incredibly potent for two players to teleport across the map for ganks. It's mostly a nerf for pro play.
Why are they nerfing yumi* might be the better question
They're making it so you have even less reason to unattach (good for solo queue players who afkd anyway) and making the rewards for swapping targets very minuscule while adding massive risks (a pro play nerf)
Scrap it and start over already.
I'm fine with Yuumi being perma banned in LCS if it means she can stay 40% winrate and untouched so Riot can't fuck her up even more for the rest of us. Power to the people!
The Teleport change is fair as well as the blocking W after CC change as well. Its everything else that needs to be revisited.
