Scaling CDR Runes Math

Looking at the Tier 3 scaling CDR rune which lists 0.09 CDR per level but then says 1.67 at level 18. In reality 0.09 x 18 = 1.62. How does that math work out?

Then with multiple runes (6) the runepage says 9.7 CDR at level 18. 1.62 x 6 = 9.72 which comes out to the final listed amount since 1.67 x 6 = 10.02

The 1.67 is listed wrong then. Fix it?

Nope. If one rune 1.67 = 18 x 0.09 then w rounding would be 0.0928 per level which is what youre assuming

0.0928 per level x 18 x 6 runes would be then 10.02, but it's not it's at 9.72 total so there is nothing after the 0.09__

I'd really want it to be the rounding issue so each 3 runes would be 5% CDR but it's just short

10 / 6 = 1.6666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666 (infinite) which rounds to 1.67 (2 significant digits for display purposes) 1.6666 (see above) / 18 = .09259259259259(repeating) which rounds to .09 (2 significant digits for display purposes).

I don't have the runes to verify, but I'm certain that people get 6 of them to get 10% cdr at lvl 18 which it does.

I said the same thing above if you read it properly but it's NOT giving 10 CDR at max level. It directly says 9.72

If you read it properly

EDIT: I just bought them because I know it is 10%. In the client it says 9.72%, but I loaded up a game and got to 18. My cdr was at 10%

1.67 / 18 = 0.09278

They just round it to two digits after the decimal, resulting in:

0.09
