I'm pretty new, like 2 months and only have AP runes. Right now I play annie mid and fizz jungle. When annie gets banned I just play fizz, but when fizz gets banned I don't have a great backup. I've tried Nidalee but I don't like her nearly as much.
I enjoy playing with spells, stuns and burst. I can afford a new champ right now, does anyone have some suggestions?

Be careful with akali - her jungle is viable, but you NEED runes to be effective.

Quepha1 votesFiddlesticks is supposed to be very easy to learn and is a pretty magey--mage jungler as far as mage junglers go (squishy, high magic damage, impactful cc). He also doesn't suck anymore. Gragas is more of a mix of tank and mage and is considered pretty strong. He does require some finesse with using his ult correctly to knock enemies where you want them to go, but he definitely has spells, stuns, and burst.
